Refrigerator - 911 - Refrigerator Service  

My Whirlpool Gold 20 cu. ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator somehow or someway got a crack in it and immediately I decided to get it fixed. I found a great site that assisted me in finding the right service. http://www.homeadvisor.com/,  a free house advising service, had an easy to use criteria to direct me in finding the ideal service in my town. After finding the proper service - Refrigerator - 911,  I made the call. Without a hesitation Refrigerator - 911 came out to my residence within 24 hours - wow!

 
     Now my problem was a crack door lining. With no doubt this company say's “this will be absolutely no problem, all we have to do is fix it”! I was really impressed and this service man had a great attitude during our conversation and even during his time working on the refrigerator. The man was friendly he told, not only me but my wife and her mother how the company offers discounts to senior citizens and military veterans. This amazed me because not only are they friendly but have discounts that fit within our situation. I am a military veteran and my wife's mom is a senior citizen with a home not too far from where I live. So I had to make sure I received a card from this serviceman. 

     The result of my service was satisfactory I was happy with the work that the serviceman did. My door looked as good as new and it took minimum time to complete. This guy was very efficient and experienced. During the time he worked on my refrigerator he answered every question I had regarding my fridge without hesitation on having to call the company. Now that’s what I call prompt customer service.

     In all I was completely satisfied and whenever I have another refrigerator problem I am definitely going to call Refrigerator -911.
